Marketing Content Manager

Role Description The Director role at TTM Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Syracuse, NY. This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to cross-functional teams, setting operational and business priorities, and ensuring alignment with company objectives in technology manufacturing. The Director will oversee day-to-day activities such as resource planning, performance management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives across relevant departments. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams to drive efficiency, meet customer requirements, and support time-to-market goals. The Director will also develop and mentor team members, establish clear metrics and reporting, and contribute to long-term business planning and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team development, performance coaching, and change management.
• Experience in operations or manufacturing management within a technology, electronics, or advanced materials environment.
• Strong strategic planning, business acumen, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven track record in process improvement, project management, and driving operational excellence.
• Ability to work on-site in Syracuse, NY and effectively lead in a fast-paced, highly technical setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred.
• Experience working in or with global organizations and familiarity with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
