Job Description

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to keep our campaigns, launches and sales materials running smoothly. You'll work closely with leadership, the sales team and outside agencies, and see your work go from brief to market quickly.

What you'll do

Coordinate marketing campaigns, project launches and events from planning through delivery
Manage content calendars across social media, the website and property listing portals
Brief and follow up with agencies, designers, photographers and printers
Prepare brochures, presentations, floor plans and sales collateral
Keep the sales team and broker network supplied with current marketing materials
Track campaign performance and lead sources, and share simple monthly reports
Keep brand use consistent across all channels

What we're looking for

2–4 years marketing coordination experience, ideally in real estate or property development
Strong organization and the ability to handle several deadlines at once
Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus
Comfortable with Canva or Adobe tools, MS Office, and social media scheduling platforms
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Based in the UAE and available to join at short notice
