Marketing Coordinator – Entertainment & Leisure

12-15K AED per month (Depending on experience)
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across our clients entertainment and leisure offerings.
Acting as the key link between the Operations Manager and external marketing agency, you will help bring campaigns and promotions to life while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns for events, activities, seasonal programmes, and special promotions.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to develop campaign concepts and marketing plans.
- Act as the primary liaison between the business and external marketing agency, managing briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain a forward-planning marketing calendar, identifying opportunities around holidays, school breaks, and key seasonal events.
- Develop creative promotional ideas and special offers to drive customer engagement and attendance.
- Support day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring all communications and campaigns are aligned with the brand.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a marketing, campaign coordination, or marketing executive role within a leisure/entertainment background
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies or creative partners.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and opportunities.
- Excellent written & spoken English
