We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Marketing Coordinator & Receptionist to join our clinic. This role combines front-desk operations with marketing coordination, ensuring an exceptional patient experience while supporting the clinic's growth and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Patient Services:
- Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and rescheduling
- Respond promptly to calls, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries
- Register patients and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance eligibility and process approvals
- Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts
- Follow up on missed appointments and treatment plans
- Maintain daily patient flow and collection reports
Marketing & Social Media:
- Assist in implementing monthly marketing plans
- Supervise clinic social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Create and post content (reels, educational posts, promotional offers) in coordination with the marketing agency
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal offers
- Respond to online reviews and manage clinic reputation
- Track patient inquiries and conversion rates
- Prepare monthly marketing and performance reports
- Coordinate with doctors to create educational content
- Support community outreach initiatives and partnerships
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in medical or dental clinic reception
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of insurance processing
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused personality
