As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, user engagement, and customer acquisition through innovative, data-backed campaigns and initiatives. We are seeking a proactive and creative individual who thrives in a high-energy environment and is eager to make a significant contribution to the team.
(Some of) What you will be doing:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics across all marketing efforts turning insights into action and continuous improvement.
- Support and manage field events, activations, and pop-ups from planning through execution, ensuring every detail is aligned with the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with design, growth, and product teams to create compelling content and campaign assets that resonate with our digital audience.
- Conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends, consumer behavior shifts, and competitor activity identifying new opportunities to elevate marketing impact.
- Take ownership of internal and external communications, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.
- Balance multiple projects with shifting priorities while meeting tight deadlines bringing a self-starter mindset and an eye for execution.
Attitude matters most but do you have any of these
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce platform, tech company, or fast-paced digital agency.
- Proven experience in campaign planning, performance tracking, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Hands-on experience supporting marketing events and brand activations from start to finish.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills comfortable adapting to shifting goals and timelines.
- Curiosity-driven, creative, and always seeking ways to test, learn, and improve.
