Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing activities in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating campaigns, managing promotional materials, supporting events and exhibitions, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, designers, and media partners for marketing requirements.
  • Manage social media content scheduling and monitor engagement metrics.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases, reports, and campaign performance trackers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
  • Track budgets and process invoices related to marketing activities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 24 years of experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience in exhibitions or B2B marketing is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
