We're hiring a Remote Marketing Coordinator to build high-converting lead funnels, manage multi-channel campaigns, and grow our brand across YouTube, LinkedIn, and beyond.

This is a full-time, global role for a marketer who thrives on creative executionandstrategic ownership.

We're looking for a smart, organized, creative Marketing Coordinator to help grow TheBizBuyer a fast-moving acquisition firm that's building something special.

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and manage a multi-channel marketing calendar
• Optimize lead funnels across email, social, and direct outreach
• Write cold email sequences, phone scripts, and landing pages
• Execute direct mail campaigns (USPS EDDM)
• Grow our presence on YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Track campaign performance and iterate for results
• Coordinate freelancers (designers, editors, writers, etc.)
• Maintain a cohesive brand kit (fonts, colors, voice)
• Optimize our website for SEO and conversions

You're a Great Fit If You...

• Have 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign coordination
• Know how to grow social channels especially LinkedIn and YouTube
• Are skilled with ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Google Analytics
• Understand basic SEO and know how to make a site convert
• Communicate proactively and write clearly
• Care about clean, consistent branding
• Love getting things done without needing constant direction

Remote Role

Full-Time

Open to global candidates (some EST overlap preferred)
