Job Description

Seddiqi Holding is a family-owned and managed company with a unique, diversified portfolio of businesses and brands across numerous sectors. The business units include Ahmed Seddiqi – the longest standing and largest unit within the group, Seddiqi Properties, Swiss Watch Services and Mizzen.

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate all related marketing requirements. The role will be responsible for supporting various marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Marketing and & Brand Marketing team as required
  • Update the marketing tracking sheet (invoices)
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations and filing
  • Handle the procurement (ARIBA) and liaise with vendors and finance to ensure timely processing of payments -
  • Support with Market Research / competitive analysis
  • Update the local and global events calendar and investigate industry news as groundwork to support data led planning
  • Prepare reports on marketing activities particularly on digital campaigns
  • Provide the marketing expenses report on monthly basis
  • Support with permits for events and activations
  • Liaise with the Marketing team, Brand Management for photoshoots with external parties (i.e. magazines)
  • Coordinate with PR agency on giftings ordering & stock replenishments and photoshoots and arrange for delivery
  • Mizzen communications (or content role)
  • Ensure all marketing expenses are on smartsheet and follow up with finance to ensure all is paid on time
  • Managing all digital invoicing with agency as required
  • Coordinate with digital agency on admin tasks such as billing, artworks and providing access to users as required
  • Liaising with creative and malls to ensure marketing artworks are brand aligned and approved
  • Assisting with day-to-day activities for events
  • Send brand exposure of influencers/media on Slack and check if brands have been featured on socials in case PR agency misses out any
  • Assist with content management upkeep and ensure all files are organized on server
  • Maintain the main SH and BU's marketing expense sheets
  • Coordinate with agencies on deliverables for Brand campaigns, events, etc.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent
  • 1-3 years job related experience
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in local market in marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
