Job Summary
United Delta is seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to
support the execution of our marketing strategy and ensure seamless coordination
between leadership, sales teams, and external marketing agencies.
This role is critical in translating strategic direction into clear, actionable marketing
execution, maintaining brand consistency, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality
marketing outputs that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder & Agency Coordination
Act as the single point of contact between United Delta leadership, sales
teams, and the external marketing agency.
Manage day-to-day communication with the marketing agency, ensuring
alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate feedback, approvals, and revisions across internal stakeholders.
Strategy Execution & Content Management
Translate leadership and sales strategy into clear, structured execution
briefs for the marketing agency.
Manage the marketing content calendar, ensuring timely planning, review,
and publication of content.
Oversee the content approval workflow, tracking progress from draft to final
approval.
Content & Narrative Development
Identify and surface relevant:
o Business milestones
o Sales wins
o Client success stories
o Events and announcements
Work closely with sales, delivery, and partner teams to gather accurate inputs
and supporting details.
Ensure messaging aligns with United Delta's value proposition and strategic
priorities.
Brand & Quality Control
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing outputs, including:
o Website content
o Social media posts
o Presentations and collateral
o Campaign materials
Review content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and alignment with United Delta's
brand guidelines.
