Our client is an industrial clean-energy company that specializes in producing zero-carbon steam for heavy industries - especially in sectors that use a lot of thermal energy (steam) like aluminum, mining, minerals, chemicals, and oil & gas.
Job Description
Brand & Narrative Leadership
- Own and refine the brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all markets.
- Translate technical solutions into compelling narratives tailored for industrial customers, policymakers, and investors.
- Ensure brand consistency across all materials, digital assets, and communications.
Marketing Communications & Content
- Lead the development of high-quality content: press releases, white papers, case studies, videos, investor materials, and thought-leadership pieces.
- Manage media relations and coordinate with PR agencies where needed.
- Craft messaging for major announcements, partnerships, milestones, and fundraising rounds.
Digital Presence & Web Strategy
- Oversee the design, management, and evolution of the website.
- Develop digital campaigns to reach industrial buyers, partners, and investors.
- Optimize SEO, analytics, and inbound lead generation.
Social Media & Public Engagement
- Build and execute a social strategy that amplifies the company's leadership in solar thermal and industrial decarbonization.
- Manage corporate social channels (LinkedIn as primary; X/YouTube optional).
- Develop multimedia content to increase visibility and engagement.
Industry Events & Conferences
- Lead participation in major industry events (e.g., Future Minerals Forum, ADIPEC, COP, industry summits in Saudi Arabia, Europe, and the U.S.).
- Organize customer workshops, investor events, and speaking engagements for executives.
- Own the full events calendar, planning, and execution.
Vertical-Specific Marketing
- Develop targeted campaigns and materials for priority sectors:
- Aluminum/alumina
- Mining
- Oil & gas (including steam and EOR)
- Building materials
- Build segmented messaging aligned with buyer needs, technical attributes, and regional context.
Investor & Stakeholder Communications
- Support strategic communications for GCC sovereign wealth funds, European investors, and U.S. partners.
- Prepare materials for investor roadshows, term sheets, and ecosystem engagement.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Work closely with Sales, Technology, and Executive teams to ensure alignment of messaging and market strategy.
- Oversee external agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
The Successful Applicant
Must-Have
- 10+ years of marketing experience, ideally in energy, industrials, renewables, or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in B2B marketing with complex technical products.
- Strong writing and storytelling ability, able to turn engineering into compelling narrative.
- Experience managing digital platforms, websites, and analytics tools.
- Track record of event leadership and end-to-end project management.
- Global mindset and comfort engaging with clients and investors across the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in the GCC energy ecosystem.
- Familiarity with industrial decarbonization, solar thermal, or process industries.
- PR and media-relations background.
- Graphic design, video production, or creative direction exposure.
