About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing function and drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, oversee brand positioning, manage high-performing marketing teams, and leverage data-driven insights to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate is an innovative marketing leader with extensive experience across digital marketing, brand management, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market awareness initiatives.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.
- Manage annual marketing budgets and optimize marketing ROI.
- Lead product marketing initiatives, including product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Oversee content strategy, public relations, corporate communications, and employer branding initiatives.
- Establish and monitor marketing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies, automation platforms, and AI-powered solutions to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or a master's degree in Marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in digital marketing, branding, demand generation, and marketing analytics.
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and marketing budgets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Experience in B2B, technology, retail, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
