A leading real estate development company in the Eastern Province is seeking a senior, commercially driven Marketing Director to lead its marketing function at a strategic and executional level.
This is a business-critical leadership role, reporting into the executive commercial leadership team, with full ownership of brand strategy, demand generation, and multi-channel marketing execution across large-scale real estate developments.
The RoleThe Marketing Director will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's end-to-end marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning, qualified lead generation, and measurable commercial impact.
This role requires a proven real estate marketing leader, not a generalist. Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience within real estate development environments and the ability to work in close partnership with sales, leasing, and commercial teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth and sales objectives
Prior exposure to NHC projects, frameworks, or government-backed housing initiatives is highly preferred
Own brand positioning, corporate identity, and project-level marketing strategies
Develop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns across digital, offline, PR, events, OOH, exhibitions, and activations
Drive lead generation performance and ensure strong alignment between marketing and sales funnels
Set marketing KPIs, manage budgets, track ROI, and continuously optimise performance
Lead and develop internal marketing teams and manage external agencies and partners
Oversee market research, customer insights, and competitor analysis to inform strategy
Ensure all campaigns and leads are tracked through CRM systems to support conversion and reporting
Support executive leadership with market intelligence and strategic insights
Required Experience & ProfileSenior leadership experience in real estate marketing is essential
Exposure to large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
Strong understanding of the Saudi real estate market and buyer journey
Experience working on projects linked to master-planned developments or government-backed housing initiatives
Proven track record in brand building, demand generation, and commercial growth
Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required
Strong stakeholder management skills with sales, commercial, and executive teams
Fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred
