Job Summary;
The Marketing Director leads the planning, development, and execution of all marketing strategies that support the company's real estate portfolio and projects. This role oversees Digital Marketing, Branding, Communications, Events & Activations, and ensures strong positioning for the company and its developments in the market. The role is accountable for achieving lead-generation targets, strengthening brand equity, driving customer engagement, and supporting sales performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the company and its real estate projects.
- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support strategic planning.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the marketing team (digital, creative, events, branding, communication)
- Oversee performance marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, Programmatic).
- Set digital lead generation targets and continuously optimize CPL, CPA, and lead quality.
- Supervise social media content strategy, community management, and online reputation.
- Build and protect the company and project brand identities, tone of voice, and guidelines.
- Lead all creative development including campaigns, brochures, video production, and project branding.
- Plan and execute all project launch events, sales events, press conferences, exhibitions, and community activations.
- Manage event concept creation, production, logistics, and budgeting.
- Partner with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality brand experiences
- Negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure ROI on all campaigns.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 15+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or luxury industries.
- Strong leadership and team management experience.
- Proven experience managing digital performance campaigns and brands.
- Expertise in event planning, activations, and large-scale project launches.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with marketing data and KPIs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
