Marketing Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling prequalification procedures with clients, consultants, and government entities to ensure successful registration and vendor listing.
  • Visiting government entities and key stakeholders to present company capabilities, follow up on registration processes, and strengthen business relationships.
  • Submitting official documents, marketing materials, and required forms to relevant authorities, clients, and consultants as part of registration or tender processes.
  • Preparing detailed information documents and marketing materials related to products and services.
  • Assisting in the implementation of plans and programs aligned with organizational goals to enhance internal operations and increase productivity.
  • Maintaining UpToDate pricing information on specific products.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote products, drive sales conversions, and ensure superior customer experience.
  • Monitoring target versus actual sales to assess the level of marketing support required.
  • Collecting and organizing information on competing products for market research purposes.
  • Participating in product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Identifying new sales and marketing channels, technologies and finding the best solutions to promote the business.
  • Measuring marketing campaigns performance, budgetary allocations, and undertaking campaign enhancement activities for better ROI.
  • Preparing periodic reports on the activities and achievements of the Market Research Section for submission to the Section Head.
  • Performing other duties related to the role as assigned by the Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
  • Training courses in Marketing, CRM, and Communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles with hands-on experience in strategy development and product design.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
