Open Position: Marketing Events Executive (Dubai)

At this juncture, we're in search of a dynamic candidate who will be supporting the deployment of the overall marketing event strategy of the MEA & India office together with the Marketing team. He/she reports to the Head of the Marketing for MEA & India, with office location situated in Dubai.
Job Description of this Role
This role will be responsible for but not limited to:
Market Materials and Content:
- Updates all useful marketing and sales materials for our agents and Business Development Managers (CGIs, brochures, pricelists etc.) with the help of the UK and Marketing and Sales Teams.
- Manage the printing, delivery and filling and storage of all marketing materials: brochures, factsheets, branded stationery and goodies, business cards etc.
- Manage the logistics of the development models displayed in the office or for events.
- Uphold brand guidelines and standards across all marketing content, campaigns, events and other initiatives.
Event Planning and Execution:
- Regularly updates online event trackers.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting and logistics such as event registrations, attendee management, supplies etc.
- Develop event concepts, themes, and agendas in line with the company's goals and target audience.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents, vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and coordination of events and marketing efforts.
- Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with relevant organizations.
Reporting / Finance:
- Prepare regular reports on marketing event performance, including key metrics, ROI, and recommendations.
- Manage campaign and events invoices and internal payment recharges.
Key communications and stakeholder management:
The Marketing Events Executive will be under the direct supervision of the Head of Marketing MEA & India. He/she will also be working closely with:
- The MEA & India Business Development and Marketing Team
- The Marketing Managers based in London
- The International Marketing team
- The rest of the MEA & India team
- Event/creative/digital agencies
- Printing companies, Hotels and other providers
Support of International Marketing Initiatives
- An essential aspect of this role involves actively participating in and providing support for all international marketing initiatives, as needed, alongside the broader marketing team and teams from other regions.
Job Requirements:
- Fluent in English. Able to speak Arabic will be a plus.
- Bachelor of Science's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years work experience either in a marketing role or client management role or project management role, preferably in communications or events agency.
- Having prior real estate background would be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate good experience in events and general marketing with a positive attitude to learn.
- Excellent relationship building skills to drive optimal performance from partners to third parties.
- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
- Must have a sense of aesthetics and a passion for great copy and impactful communication.
- Be up to date with the latest trends and best practices.
- Ability to travel in the region to manage the events.

- Ability to work on own initiative and to have a proactive, positive approach.
- Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills.

- Computer literate with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications i.e. Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
