Job purpose:
The Marketing Executive supports day-to-day campaign planning and execution across digital and offline channels. The role focuses on growing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and improving conversion through data-driven content, paid media, CRM, and analytics. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Design to deliver measurable results.
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social, search, display, and
partnerships to hit monthly targets.
- Create and adapt content for web, social, email, and ads including briefs, copy, basic visuals, and short videos.
- Maintain the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies or creators.
- Execute paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta. Monitor spend, pacing, and performance. Recommend tests to improve ROAS and CPL.
- Support website updates, landing page creation, and on-page SEO. Coordinate A/B tests to improve conversion rate.
- Run CRM and lifecycle journeys for acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention. Build
segments and track funnel health.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using GA4 and ad platform dashboards. Translate insights into clear actions.
- Manage influencer and UGC programs end-to-end including sourcing, briefing, contracting, and performance tracking.
Minimum Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on marketing experience in a fast-paced environment
