The Role

We're a lean team with a big vision, and we're looking for someone who wants to contribute directly to our success.

We're not a creative agency; we're a leading Outdoor advertising consultancy and a media buyer that specializes in data-as-a-service. This is a unique and challenging role where you will be a strategic generalist, managing a two-pronged marketing strategy for a B2B audience that includes both multinationals and local businesses. You will be the primary owner of the AdMazad brand, working directly with the Managing Director to translate strategic goals into a clear, cohesive marketing plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content & Communications: Own the company's content strategy and execution. You will create distinct content streams for our two core B2B audiences:
  • For Multinationals: Develop data-driven insights, case studies, and thought-leadership articles (e.g., OOH Market Trends Report) to position AdMazad as an industry authority.
  • For Local Clients: Create simple, educational blog posts, infographics, and social media content that demystifies OOH advertising and highlights the value of data.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our digital presence. You will build and maintain landing pages in WordPress, develop and execute email marketing campaigns, and work to increase our brand's visibility and lead generation through online channels.
  • Event Management: Conceptualize, plan, and execute both digital (webinars, seminars) and physical events to connect with both client segments and reinforce our market position.
  • Brand Ownership: Work directly with the Managing Director to ensure all marketing activities align with the company's strategic goals of growth and market education.

Ideal Profile

We're looking for a builder, not just an executor. During the interview process, we will be looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following:

  • Experience: Proven B2B marketing experience with a portfolio or examples of work that show your ability to adapt tone and messaging for different target audiences.
  • Strategic Versatility: The ability to think both at a high level (how to position AdMazad as an expert) and at a tactical level (how to explain our services simply).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Since you will be owning this function, you must be a proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and create solutions with limited resources.
  • Digital Savvy: A strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress for website management and email marketing services.
  • Communication: A skilled writer and content creator who can produce engaging and informative material for different audiences.
  • Independent & Proactive Mindset: A self-starter who can manage multiple projects, is resourceful, and is comfortable with the owner mentality of the role.
