Animotion Media Group, a UAE-based production and distribution company with a strong portfolio of animated brands for kids and family audiences, is looking for a Marketing Executive to support the marketing team in day-to-day operational and coordination tasks, ideal for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is ready to grow and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing operations. The role reports to the Head of Marketing and involves a high volume of operational, organizational, and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting company's participation in international content markets, animation festivals, and children's entertainment events: researching relevant events, completing application forms, coordinating logistics, booking venues and stands.
- Assisting in the preparation of marketing and branding materials (presentations, catalogues, handouts, merchandise, booth mock-ups) and coordinating with designers, printers, and other vendors.
- Supporting partnership outreach and execution of promotional activities with brands and commercial partners.
- Assisting with corporate social media content planning and coordination with influencers.
- Updating and maintaining corporate and brand websites, as well as company profiles on relevant industry platforms.
- Assisting with press releases distribution and coordination of interviews with media and industry outlets.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Currently residing in the UAE
Additional Requirements:
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience or strong interest in animation, kids content, or edutainment is a strong advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple operational tasks simultaneously.
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability in daily execution.
