Role Scope &; Responsibilities
1. Digital & Social Media Execution
- Support the planning and execution of digital and social media campaigns across
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, website, and other relevant platforms
- Manage and maintain content calendars aligned with brand launches, campaigns,
and key moments
- Publish, schedule, and monitor social media content to ensure consistency, quality,
and alignment with brand guidelines
2. Content; Launch Marketing Support
- Coordinate digital content for product launches, collections, and brand drops
- Support the creation, organization, and approval of digital assets including posts,
reels, stories, and campaign visuals
- Liaise with photographers, videographers, designers, and content creators to ensure
timely delivery of digital assets
- Support and coordinate campaign photo and video shoots, including schedules, shot
lists, and deliverables
3. Community Coordination
- Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement across platforms
- Escalate inquiries, feedback, or issues to the Community Manager where required
4. Digital Marketing Administration &; Reporting
- Track content schedules, campaign timelines, and digital deliverables
- Maintain organized records of digital assets and content approvals from management
- Assist in preparing performance reports covering reach, engagement, growth, and
content performance
5. Overall Digital Brand Support
- Provide hands-on digital marketing support across all By Mina Al Sheikhly
(BMA) platforms
- Support paid social coordination, website updates, and email marketing initiatives
where required
- Ensure brand tone, visual identity, and storytelling are consistently applied across all
digital touchpoints
6. Paid Media & Sponsored Ads
- Support the briefing of paid social media campaigns and sponsored content (Meta,
Instagram, TikTok) to internal and external execution teams
- Coordinate ad creatives, captions, formats, and approvals in line with campaign
objectives
- Track campaign timelines and performance summaries in collaboration with the paid
media team
7 Candidate Profile & Skills Marketing Executive
- Background in marketing, communications, or digital media
- Strong interest in beauty, makeup, trends, and digital culture
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator who can translate ideas into clear briefs and updates
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and presentation
- Comfortable working in a founder-led, fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently when needed
- Basic understanding of digital marketing performance and reporting concepts
- Collaborative team player who works well with creative and external partners
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy when handling brand information
Must know:
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Salary Range: AED 12,000 14,000
- 35 years of relevant marketing experience (appropriate for an executive-level role)
- Female candidate only
- Background in marketing, communications, or digital media with experience,
preferably worked on a beauty brand
- Strong interest in beauty, makeup, trends, and digital culture
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Confident communicator who can translate ideas into clear briefs and updates
