Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- 0–1 year of marketing experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
- Good understanding of digital marketing and brand activation
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Passion for consumer brands and market trends
Responsibilities:
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with creative agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
- Support product launches and retail activations
- Work closely with Trade Marketing and cross-functional teams
- Track campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Manage marketing budgets, purchase orders, and invoices
