Job Description

Job Purpose

To support and deliver commercially driven and memorable marketing campaigns aligned with the overall business strategy. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and driving revenue across the golf business. The position will primarily support Food & Beverage operations at the golf courses, while also contributing to other key segments such as events and memberships. The role will be split between on-site locations and the marketing head office.

Main Duties

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing activities for golf outlets, food & beverage services, and events, focusing on increasing awareness, engagement, and revenue.
  • Contribute to brand development by delivering creative, detail-oriented campaigns with strong calls to action.
  • Assist in executing marketing plans and take ownership of daily project management tasks.
  • Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter), ensuring content is engaging, consistent, and aligned with current trends.
  • Ensure paid social media campaigns are updated with fresh creative assets every 4 weeks across dining outlets and golf events.
  • Develop innovative ideas for activations and promotions related to golf, food & beverage, and member engagement while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate closely with F&B and Events teams to ensure timely communication of campaigns and promotions.
  • Brief artwork requirements to the design team and collaborate on creative development across formats and sizes.
  • Provide support to senior marketing staff as required.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing activities, including ROI and campaign performance.
  • Manage website updates, outlet promotions, and email marketing communications.
  • Coordinate video and photo shoots across golf locations and F&B services.
  • Maintain and update content calendars across all platforms, including monitoring WhatsApp groups for content generation.
  • Attend and support PR events and meetings related to golf and hospitality.
  • Liaise with PR agencies and media to ensure accurate and effective publicity for golf events and services.
  • Manage the social media agency, including conducting bi-weekly performance and budget review meetings.
  • Oversee key golf accounts, enhancing brand presence and driving footfall and revenue growth.
  • Submit monthly reports (by the 3rd of each month) covering campaigns, creatives, digital activities, and PR efforts.
  • Maintain and organize the marketing shared drive for assigned business areas.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent).
  • Internship or initial experience in a similar role.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in golf, hospitality, F&B, or tourism marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication skills (written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage).
  • Excellent computer and digital marketing skills.
  • Basic graphic design knowledge preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive personality.
