Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator / Executive will support the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, events, and projects across digital and offline channels. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate between internal teams, external vendors, and partners, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with the company's overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for events, expos, and partnerships.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure clear communication and smooth execution.
  • Support event planning and logistics, including venue coordination, materials preparation, and on-site management.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and material inventories.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 23 years of experience in marketing coordination or project management.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing/project management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
