Job Description

Position: Marketing Executive (Digital / Social Media / FMCG)
Location:Neo Tiew Road (Bus nearby/ Company transport - Pick up - 7.25am at Yew Tee MRT)
Working Hours: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 8:15am to 6:00pm
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,300 + variable bonus + 14 days annual leave, commensurate with experience
Duration: Permanent
Industry: Food / FMCG / Consumer Goods

Main Responsibilities

Support marketing plans to build brand awareness and customer engagement.
Assist with digital, social media and offline marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Maintain brand assets, marketing materials and campaign records.
Support social media content execution and campaign updates.
Assist with social media advertising budget tracking and expense monitoring.
Support photography and videography for campaigns, products and events.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports and insights.
Conduct market research and support marketing optimisation efforts.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline.
No prior experience required relevant training will be provided.
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, social media or content creation will be advantageous.
Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media management and content creation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools.
Experience with Canva, CapCut or Figma will be advantageous.
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
Interest in brand management, food products or FMCG marketing.
