Marketing Executive is responsible for managing wide range of marketing activities of Etoile La Boutique stores. The Marketing Executive is also responsible for managing the Etoile La Boutique marketing calendar, adapting, and planning brand marketing plans, in line with the brand standards and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build the marketing plan and calendar for Etoile La Boutique stores in close guidance of the Head of Marketing.
- Be involved in all aspects of marketing and media from planning, budgeting, advertising, promotions, media relations, influencers and research.
- Follow up closely on the plans implementation, schedule and activities.
- Manage Etoile La Boutique social media content and calendars across all platforms, ensuring engagement, on-brand communication.
- Support e-commerce initiatives with campaign assets, product visuals, and marketing support.
- Manage and facilitate brand shoots and influencer shoots.
- Organize and manage exclusive in-store and external events.
- Present the various marketing plans to the Store/ Retail/ Country Manager and ensure its proper implementation.
- Plan and follow-up on promotions in coordination with the dierent country/ retail managers and ELB brand manager.
- Manage and coordinate with suppliers for marketing materials and events.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign and marketing tools effectiveness.
- Strengthen and build relationships with the PR partners. Dene the media and PR plan by brieng the PR agency.
- Manage and overlook the marketing budget split and spend for ELB stores.
- Coordinate with the team to build CRM, maintain and update the database. Gather consolidated information from the shop oors.
- Carry out local market research, assessing customer demands, brand positioning, monitoring competitors activities, and evaluating market campaigns.
- Participate in relevant projects and community activities as and when needed as advised by the head of the department.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
- 2+ years of relevant experience in luxury or fashion retail or PR agency.
- Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms, content formats, and trends.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Canva. Knowledge in design tools is a plus.
- Working experience in performance marketing and campaign analytics.
- UAE National with Family book.
- Fluent in English & Arabic
