Job Description

Events

  • Assist in organizing the event calendar in the region
  • Lead the planning, conceptualization, and development of all brand events, including boutique activations, product launches, press events and participation in industry fairs. This includes defining event objectives, target audience, themes and overall guest experience.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all events in the region for internal boutiques, press events and in coop with retailers
  • Liaise and coordinate for a 360 degrees approach of the marketing activations
  • Develop and present comprehensive post-event reports, analyzing KPIs, attendee feedback, media coverage, and ROI to assess event success & inform future strategies
  • Maintain and regularly update trackers for event materials stock, ensuring accurate records and availability
  • Actively contribute to the development and execution of the monthly action plan, providing operational insights and support
  • Conduct market/competitor intelligence research and monitoring tools and present to the team with key learnings and recommendations

Pr

  • Execution of press related events for new launches, press trips, shootings & communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact and liaison with the PR agency, managing and coordinating all PR-related topics and campaigns
  • Follow up with the PR agency to enhance exposure of the Maison and gain visibility
  • Ensure dispatch and strong influx of relevant information to the key media and retailers
  • Compile and analyze monthly, quarterly, and yearly PR reports, gathering information from the PR agency, HQ and independent research
  • Plan press communication in the year in the region
  • Manage the briefing process and ensure the timely delivery of final artworks for print advertisements
  • Forecasts of quantities of gifts for press
  • Follow up PR budget for kits, press trips, shoots, gifts

Budgets

  • Manage and monitor budgets for all PR and event activities, ensuring adherence to the allocated A&P budget
  • Oversee invoicing processes and work closely with the accounts department to ensure timely payment to suppliers
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders for all related jobs and services

Marketing Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all boutique maintenance needs, coordinating with relevant internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Track and report on the status of all boutique maintenance tasks

JOB PROFILE

Education

Third year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Experience

2-4 years experience in a similar role preferably in luxury goods industry

Languages Ability

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Arabic & French is a plus.
