The Role
We are hiring a Marketing & Brand Operations Executive to support the day-to-day execution of marketing and brand activity for a premium fitness & wellness club.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for ensuring the brand is represented accurately, consistently, and professionally across all touchpoints, digital, in-club, and through partnerships.
The role is suited to someone who enjoys structured execution, values brand discipline, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work to clear direction.
What You'll Own -
Brand Execution & Consistency
- Execute marketing activity in alignment with established brand guidelines (tone, visuals, messaging, restraint).
- Protect the club's premium positioning through polished, considered execution.
- Represent the brand professionally in-club, at events, and with partners.
Social Media & Content (Execution-Led)
- Manage the social media presence (Instagram-first) with a clean, editorial, premium aesthetic.
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business priorities.
- Coordinate content capture (in-club, events, trainers, community moments) and ensure timely publishing.
- Track basic performance metrics and adjust execution as needed.
Lead Generation & Campaign Support
- Support lead-generation initiatives through campaigns, partnerships, community activations, events, and referrals.
- Assist with campaign execution across digital, in-club, and partner channels.
- Understand the member journey (lead tour member) and how marketing supports commercial objectives.
Partnerships & Community
- Coordinate partnerships with aligned brands, businesses, and wellness operators.
- Support the planning and execution of in-club events, launches, and community activations.
- Maintain an organised, professional approach to partner communication and follow-ups.
Operations, Timelines & Accountability
- Manage deadlines and workload independently.
- Deliver agreed outputs on time and to standard.
- Communicate clearly and raise issues early.
- Build trust through consistent, reliable execution.

- Strong understanding of social media execution (Instagram-first).
- Comfortable coordinating campaigns, partnerships, and events.
- Able to balance creativity with structure and discipline.
