Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kuwait City. The Marketing Executive will support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for Good Food Co.s dining concepts, including developing campaign ideas, preparing promotional materials, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, tracking campaign performance, and preparing reports and presentations for management. The role involves assisting with social media and digital activities, supporting sales-driven promotions, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The Marketing Executive will also help organize events and activations, maintain marketing calendars, and collaborate closely with operations and sales teams to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to support campaign development and brand growth.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Marketing to align promotional activities with commercial objectives.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
  • Experience in the food and beverage or hospitality sector is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., MS Office, social media platforms) are desirable.
  • Ability to work on-site in Kuwait City, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
