Carter Murray is partnering with a leading global organisation in the insurance sector to appoint a Marketing Executive based in Dubai.
Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead, this role will support the delivery of content-led marketing campaigns across the MENA region, with a strong focus on creating high-quality, engaging content that enhances brand positioning and supports business development.
Working closely with the wider marketing team, the successful candidate will play a key role in executing integrated campaigns and managing multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a focus on content creation and delivery
- Draft and edit a variety of marketing materials including thought leadership, articles, social media content, newsletters, and client communications
- Coordinate marketing projects and timelines to ensure delivery is aligned with business priorities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to produce accurate and engaging content
- Maintain and update content calendars to ensure visibility and alignment across initiatives
- Work closely with design, digital, and communications teams to deliver campaign assets effectively
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimisation
- Assist in developing marketing collateral such as brochures, proposals, and capability statements
- Support internal marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and digital best practices
Skills and Experience
- Approximately 3 to 5 years of experience in a marketing role
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities
- Experience developing B2B marketing content across digital and traditional channels
- Exposure to campaign coordination, performance tracking, and reporting
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and email marketing platforms
Preferred Background
- Industry experience within insurance is preferred
- Candidates from a B2B corporate environment will also be considered

- Big 4 / professional services firms
- Infrastructure, engineering, or consultancy organisations
- Other corporate B2B organisations with demonstrated experience in content development, campaign management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery
