Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support the company's daily marketing activities and brand growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, generating leads, and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the company's daily marketing activities and campaigns.
- Manage and update social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RedNote) etc.
- Create marketing content such as social media posts, short videos, posters, and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer enquiries through social media, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Generate leads and assist in booking appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate marketing promotions, events, and advertising activities.
- Monitor marketing performance and provide ideas to improve engagement and brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Work closely with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and business objectives.
- Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation is preferred.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
