Job Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for conducting thorough market analysis and research to gain insights into customer behavior and market trends. Using this information, they develop integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer growth, enhance brand positioning, and ultimately boost revenue generation. They work closely with local and regional clients to develop communication strategies and strategic plans, ensuring that all deliverables are met accurately and on time. The Senior Marketing Executive also plays a key role in maintaining and nurturing client relationships, providing strategic solutions that align with client needs and the company's standards.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a strategic vision for assigned projects and brands in order to meet client's long-term and short-term communication goals.
  • Take the lead in implementing strategic tactics for client strategies.
  • Create and deliver effective proposals, collaborations, and projects for clients.
  • Conduct research to identify strategic approaches for each client and project, developing integrated marketing communication plans based on client objectives.
  • Drive account growth by developing initiatives and identifying opportunities for cross-selling products and services.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through informed and active involvement in planning and services.
  • Oversee daily client communications and operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Lead retail clients through briefing, strategy development, execution, and implantation.
  • Keep management updated on client status, plans, and issues, involving them as needed.
  • Ensure timely development and execution of plans, campaigns, and projects to meet financial goals.
  • Participate in client meetings requiring strategic planning, major briefs, or problem-solving.
  • Offer client consultation by conducting thorough research and market analysis. Proactively anticipate and resolve problems before they occur.
  • Manage marketing and retail projects from start to finish, setting strategies and communication plans, leading execution teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate clear objectives and timelines to internal teams and monitor progress.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 1-2 years work experience in client management
  • Experience within the Fashion, luxury, lifestyle sector is preferable
  • Fluent in English
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office
