Marketing Executive

Role Description The Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives that promote Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Hospitals and its services to diverse audiences. In this full-time remote role, the individual will conduct market research, develop campaigns, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, and support digital and offline marketing activities. Daily tasks include preparing marketing plans, managing social media and online presence, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with content creation for promotional materials. The role also involves nurturing leads, supporting sales efforts, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and implement effective campaigns.
• Ability to conduct Market Research to identify target segments, trends, and competitive insights.
• Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging external audiences.
• Sales and Marketing capabilities to support lead generation, conversion, and relationship management.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and basic analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Interest in or exposure to healthcare, Ayurveda, or wellness sectors is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
