Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager
Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager who can independently design, execute, and measure end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role requires a commercially minded marketer who understands not just how to run campaigns, but why they work with clear ownership of KPIs, performance tracking, and ROI.
Candidates with marketing agency experience or exposure to performance-driven environments are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Independently design, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and event channels.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: objective setting, creative direction, execution, optimization, and post-campaign evaluation.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing KPIs (e.g. CTR, engagement rate, leads, conversions, ROI).
Performance Measurement & Reporting
- Define success metrics for each campaign and track performance against KPIs.
- Analyze campaign results including reach, engagement, click-through rate, conversion rate, and cost efficiency.
- Produce clear post-campaign reports with insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations.
- Agency & Vendor Management
- Manage external marketing agencies and vendors, ensuring clear briefs, timelines, deliverables, and performance benchmarks.
- Evaluate agency performance against agreed KPIs and optimize partnerships as needed.
- Coordinate creative development, media planning, and execution with internal and external teams.
Event & Activation Marketing
- Plan and execute marketing events and activations, including logistics, materials, and on-ground coordination.
- Ensure events and activations are aligned with campaign objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
Budget & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare and manage campaign and event budgets, ensuring efficient spend and measurable ROI.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Operations) to ensure marketing activities support business priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 57+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in a marketing agency, performance marketing, or campaign-led environment.
- Proven ability to design and execute campaigns independently, from concept to delivery.
- Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and performance measurement, including digital and social media metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions).
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with timelines and budgets.
- Experience with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and reporting dashboards is a strong advantage.
