What you'll be doing:
- Assist in activating group marketing campaigns, from market research, concept planning, collateral development, timeline management to execution
- Plan and implement integrated marketing activations to drive brand awareness, brand love, customer acquisition and sales stimulation that contribute to visitation and revenue generation.
- Drive marketing channel strategy including, but not limited to, PR, events, social, advertising, database marketing, trade & partner marketing, brand collaborations etc
- Build and maintain relationships with press, bloggers and KOLs to maximize brand and product publicity
- Develop and execute social content plan based on group social strategy
- Supervise marketing agencies and / or in-house design team in executing marketing and PR campaigns and promotional design or artwork
- Assist in implementing and coordinating omni-channel marketing communication activities, global and regional, including but not limited to advertising, sponsorship and trade events
- Liaise with designers in developing sales & marketing collateral based on brand standards, for both HQ and in-market teams
- Conduct research and market intelligence for market landscape, competitor analysis, consumer behaviour, media consumption on existing brands and markets to support effective marketing planning
- Manage inventory and distribution logistics of branded premium gifts and group level collateral for both HQ and in-market teams
- Assist in the overall online acquisition & engagement strategy across Plaza Premium Group network globally
- Roll-out global always-on digital channel activities through paid, owned & earned media including, but not limited to, SEM, Display and Social
- Prepare and publish always-on keyword bidding plans and search ad copies on major SEM platforms i.e. Google, Bing, Sohu
- Prepare and publish always-on Display campaigns on major online advertising and social platforms
- Strategize and create A/B testing and re-marketing tactics for online campaigns to achieve optimal performance
- Develop and maintain good relationship with traffic partners
- Coordinate campaigns by collaborating with internal stakeholders like brand managers, marketing managers, in-house designers in HQ and other markets across the world
- Manage relationships with digital or social agencies to develop effective digital communications plans
- Provide quality and accurate translation of Company marketing materials and presentations
- Analyze and monitor online campaign performance to ensure acquisition and engagement KPIS are met
- Create reports and organize regular updates with different regions and business lines
- Acquire insights in global online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
What you'll need:
- Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum of 4 years marketing experience in managerial level, preferably in hospitality or aviation industry
- Dynamic, resourceful, result-driven with the capability to articulate business objectives in a compelling manner
- Strong interpersonal skills in communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels, both internally and externally
- Excellent project management and time management
- Team player yet able to work independently
