Purpose of the role:
The Marketing Executive provides project management and administrative support, assists with marketing operations and sales support as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Works independently on special projects according to agreed timelines and special requests.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute, monitor, and report campaigns in collaboration with aggregators and third-party platforms account managers to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email and social media, to help maximize reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in development and distribution of marketing collaterals. Elaborate briefs, monitor & control pending jobs on task management system. Ensure compliance to deadlines and escalate deviations and risks.
- Liaise with the agencies, external suppliers, influencers, freelancers & in house graphic designers for the implementation of ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.
- Identify suitable influencers for the brand, support their onboarding, and brief them in alignment with the marketing manager's direction to ensure all content meets brand guidelines.
- Support the Marketing Manager in creating the monthly social media calendar, which is finalized by the 15th of the preceding month.
- Support the transcreation of all marketing collaterals-both digital and print-into the local dialect, ensuring cultural relevance, linguistic accuracy, and alignment with brand tone and messaging.
- Support the execution of all content production initiative from photoshoots, video shoots to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign direction provided by the Marketing Manager.
- Plan, brief, and develop the monthly newsletter, and prepare reports providing data for management review.
- Work with the operations team on the execution of marketing plans and sales promotions.
- Collect feedback from other departments.
- Manage databases.
- Create, register, and control local purchase orders.
- Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate new and creative growth strategies.
- Provide support in organizing and coordinating launches, roadshows, and events.
- Assist in the development, coordination, and follow-up of strategic partnerships.
- Support the identification of trends and insights to help optimize performance and spending decisions.
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening the brand's external perception across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews across all platforms, including social media, Google Reviews, and aggregator platforms, with the support and guidance of the Marketing Manager.
Professional Requirements:
- Bachelors/ Diploma in Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience in the Food/ Beverage and/or Ecommerce Industry.
- Matured, well-organized and able to work independently.
- Strong e-commerce & data analysis skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, with a high level of initiative.
- Have experience in dealing with external agencies.
- Ability to cope in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to give clear briefs.
- Demonstrates extreme attention to detail.
- A person who takes initiative and identifies what needs to be done and acts before being asked.
