Location: Dubai

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Sales

Experience Required: 25 years (preferably in B2B or industrial marketing)

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering; MBA preferred

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote steel products, identifying market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and supporting sales efforts. The role requires a strong understanding of industrial marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote steel products (TMT bars, coils, sheets, etc.) to clients in construction, manufacturing, and infrastructure sectors
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, fabricators, and institutional buyers
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
• Support sales team in achieving revenue targets
• Prepare and deliver marketing presentations, technical brochures, and sales proposals
• Plan and participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
• Assist in digital marketing, branding activities, and promotional campaigns
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics

Key Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of steel products and market segments
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Fluent in English and local languages (preferred)
