Position: Research Associate
This role is all about conducting market research to understand consumer behavior and brand insights. The person will run focus groups, analyze the findings, prepare reports/presentations, and share recommendations with clients.
Key Things They'll Do:
Work with clients to understand their business objectives.
Help design research questionnaires & moderator guides.
Moderate focus groups.
Translate, transcribe, and analyze the information gathered.
Write reports and present findings to clients.
Ensure fieldwork is running smoothly and of high quality.
Requirements:
Local degree Graduate/MBA (Business Management or Psychology)
Passion for research, consumer insights, and brands.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Tech-savvy, organized, and good at meeting deadline
