At Boutiqaat, we're looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and get hands-on experience across the full marketing journey from market research and content creation to campaign execution, digital channels, events, and performance tracking.

This is more than an internship where you simply observe. You'll work alongside the Marketing team, contribute to real initiatives, and build practical skills that will help shape your career in marketing.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help create marketing materials, presentations, promotional content, and campaign assets.
• Support digital and traditional marketing activities across relevant channels.
• Monitor social media channels and contribute to day-to-day content and audience engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity.
• Gather, organize, and analyze market and campaign data to support marketing decisions.
• Help turn research findings into clear presentations and reports.
• Monitor campaign performance using relevant marketing tools and reporting platforms.
• Maintain accurate marketing databases, records, trackers, and campaign documentation.
• Keep marketing information organized and ensure reports and trackers are updated on time.
• Provide administrative support across ongoing marketing projects and activities.
• Support the organization and coordination of events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other marketing initiatives.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to help ensure marketing activities are delivered smoothly and successfully.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, completed or currently pursuing.
• Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular marketing experience is a plus but not essential.
• Available for a 6-month internship.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing concepts.
• Ability to conduct basic market research and analyze data.
• Knowledge of influencer marketing is an advantage.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
