What you'll do
- Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (organic + paid support if applicable)
- Assist in building weekly/monthly content & campaign calendars
- Help track performance (basic reporting: reach, clicks, leads, conversions)
- Coordinate with sales/product on launches and messaging
- Contribute ideas that make hiring feel less paperwork and more wow. (Yes, that's a KPI in our hearts.
What we're looking for
- A proactive doer who enjoys testing ideas, learning fast, and improving iteratively
- Strong communication and collaboration across the team
- Organized, deadline-friendly, and comfortable with simple analytics
Bonus points
- Experience with LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, or basic paid ads concepts.
- Familiarity with HubSpot/CRM or any marketing automation tool is too.
- Interest in HR tech/recruitment ecosystem

Qualifications
