Marketing Intern

Rechitta is a fast-growing AI technology company building products for Dubai's real estate industry. We're a young, ambitious team with big ideas, a lot happening at once, and a genuine startup mentality.

We're looking for a Marketing Intern to help turn our marketing ideas into action.

You'll support our marketing team with the day-to-day execution of our marketing strategy and live campaigns, with a core focus on:

• Content creation for TikTok and Instagram – from ideas to filming, coordinating and posting
• Paid advertising – supporting the management of Meta and TikTok Ads
• Analytics – tracking performance, identifying what works and helping us improve
• Campaign execution – keeping our marketing calendar moving and following up to make sure things actually happen
• Supporting the team with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks

You'll be assisting an existing team and strategy, but we want your input too. We're looking for someone who is constantly online, understands what people are watching and talking about, and isn't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

More than experience, we care about your attitude. You're a go-getter: creative, proactive, organised and comfortable taking initiative. You understand social media and online culture, aren't afraid to grab a camera and get people filming, and most importantly, you get things done.
