Marketing Intern

On-site role for a Marketing Specialist intern (Content-Led) based in Riyadh.In this role, your main goal is to create short-form content for TikTok and Instagram that generates demand for Rekaz, increases product awareness, and brings qualified merchants into our funnel.You'll turn real challenges faced by gyms, salons, and home-service businesses into engaging, educational, and entertaining content that makes business owners think:This is exactly what I need.You'll work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand merchant pain points, turn those insights into strong content ideas, and continuously test different hooks, formats, topics, and creative angles to improve performance

• What You'll DoCreate TikTok and Instagram video concepts based on real merchant pain points, challenges, and use cases.
• Write strong hooks, simple scripts, and content outlines for short-form videos.
• Film and/or direct vertical videos using a mobile-first approach that feels native to TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools, including cuts, captions, music, and basic effects.
• Publish content across TikTok and Instagram, including captions and clear calls to action.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as views, watch time, saves, comments, click-through rates, leads, and signups.
• Run small content experiments around hooks, thumbnails, posting times, formats, and creative angles.
• Work closely with the Sales team to understand which content generates the highest-quality leads.
• Collect insights from customer calls, sales conversations, support requests, and product updates and turn them into content.
• Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends, sounds, formats, and emerging content styles relevant to our target audience.
• Continuously analyze what works, identify patterns, and use those insights to improve future content
