Marketing Lead - Fashion

The Marketing Lead will drive the brand's marketing vision, shaping and delivering strategies that strengthen brand presence and engagement. This role will oversee all brand marketing activities, from strategic planning and campaign development to internal and external communications. Working closely with key stakeholders, the Marketing Lead will ensure consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand marketing and communication strategies aligned with overall business goals.

Act as the brand guardian, ensuring a consistent voice, tone, and visual identity across all touchpoints.

Create and maintain the brand toolkit, guidelines, and presentations to support cohesive marketing actions.

Inspire and influence marketing direction with creative ideas and strategic insights.

Plan and execute impactful campaigns that connect with the target audience and reinforce brand positioning.

Manage seasonal advertising campaigns in line with the brand's DNA, collaborating with internal teams.

Translate brand strategy into clear briefs and action plans for creative and marketing teams.

Conduct market research and stay informed on trends to enhance brand initiatives.

Coordinate with design and studio teams to deliver creative assets for product launches and key events.

Oversee brand marketing budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.

Define and track brand KPIs to measure impact and guide improvements.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Proven track record in brand marketing leadership, ideally in the fashion and luxury sector.

Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Skilled in budget management and performance measurement.
