Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing lead to lead the 360 marketing strategy for assigned brands and drive global consistency while ensuring strong local market performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Defining 360 Brand marketing strategy.
  • Prepare yearly Marketing objectives, strategic pillars and direction for the brands globally. This should then translate into digital and social strategy cascading down to all global markets this top line information.
  • Responsible for defining and briefing the requirements of the seasonal brand toolkit to a dedicated graphics design resource per brand this will include advertising campaign visuals, guidelines, catalogues, video assets, social media assets and press releases amongst other collaterals. Once available this should be communicated to all global markets to ensure effective use throughout the season.
  • Secure approval on visual concepts, collaterals and other marketing activities from the brand house and brand director, as required on case-to-case basis.
  • Approving global media plans with local trade marketing and sales colleagues.
  • Having full and complete understanding and tracking of the yearly marketing budget per brand. Regularly checking local market status of marketing spend to keep the budgets on track throughout the year. Reporting this to senior management and brand house and brand director.
  • Lead the International Marketing (IMF)Fund budget and the approval of any special marketing activities relating to IMF budgets with senior management. Alongside this lead any reporting on activities to understand return on investment and present best practice of each campaign to senior management.
  • Management of the marketing contribution refunds process in collaboration with trade marketing and accounting teams. Full checking of reports and invoices, granting approval on marketing activity undertaken if consistent with media plans and approving credit note release.
  • Create and execute Visual Merchandising and Sales Training programs.
  • Liaise with trade marketing and sales colleagues as and when required to keep them fully briefed on all marketing information for both brands seasonally.
  • Bi-weekly calls with both brand houses and leading marketing discussions with brand houses for approvals.
  • Facilitation of any marketing requirements with brand houses sample support, ensuring product inclusion within brand house lifestyle seasonal campaigns, communication on seasonal hero models, social media shooting support and ecommerce product listing support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum 7 years of marketing experience, preferably with international exposure.
  • Experience within branded fashion, watches, or accessories is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and social media trends impacting brand performance.
  • Proven experience in budget ownership and campaign performance management.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
