Our client is looking for a Marketing Manger to lead and scale their omnichannel marketing efforts within the fast-paced Retail & eCommerce Industry. You'll shape their brand, drive customer acquisition, and continue to uphold their position as a market leader.
Responsibilities
- Developing omnichannel strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and revenue across digital and in-store channels.
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and in-store activations.
- Manage and mentor a team of 6+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and high performance.
- Designs CRM and loyalty programs for retention, leveraging customer data for personalized marketing.
- Work closely with internal teams and retail partners to design and implement best-in-class marketing plans, including CRM, digital media, e-commerce, and social media strategies.
- Guides the creative team to produce high-quality campaigns aligned with product offerings.
- Leads and nurtures a collaborative marketing team, supporting professional growth.
- Manages marketing budgets to meet financial goals and track ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing and digital roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership position within the Retail.
- Experienced in omnichannel marketing in the Middle East, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc.), public relations, CRM, and social media management.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior, digital trends, and data analytics.
- Leadership, mentorship and team management skills
- Strong and efficient communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement adjustments to optimize ROI.
