Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Off-Plan Marketing Lead to drive the success of off-plan property launches across multiple projects. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the marketing strategy for new developments, building relationships with developers, and coordinating with internal sales and marketing teams to execute seamless, high-impact campaigns. This is a hands-on position that requires both marketing strategy and project management expertise, with a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and the off-plan property cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing initiatives for off-plan real estate developments, from strategy to execution.
Act as the primary point of contact between developers, sales teams, and marketing to align campaign objectives and deliverables.
Develop and manage a centralized campaign calendar, ensuring alignment across departments and timely launch execution.
Work closely with developers to gather necessary information (pricing, timelines, marketing materials) and ensure campaign readiness.
Lead the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, online assets, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and developer compliance.
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with digital marketing to optimize leads, traffic, and ROI across platforms.
Coordinate and manage both digital and offline marketing efforts for off-plan projects, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly.
Provide post-campaign reporting, analyzing lead quality, sales outcomes, and overall effectiveness.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure campaign alignment with sales goals and developer expectations.
Stay current on market trends and competitor activity to keep the company's off-plan marketing efforts competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a strong focus on off-plan properties.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and coordinate marketing campaigns with multiple stakeholders (developers, sales, creative, and digital).
Strong understanding of the off-plan marketing cycle, including project timelines, developer partnerships, and lead generation strategies.
Exceptional communication skills for managing external developer relationships and working with internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience with CRM systems, and social media advertising for tracking campaign performance.
Ability to work independently and manage projects from start to finish.
Preferred:
Experience working with major UAE developers (e.g., Emaar, Damac, Sobha, Azizi).
Knowledge of RERA regulations and UAE property advertising standards.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and real estate CRM systems.
