About the role

We are looking for a senior marketer to drive the growth and adoption of our payments products across global markets.

The role combines regional and global growth, product marketing, and product amplification. You will contribute directly to growth of the Payment Business Unit products, lead GTM for new products and features across Bybit Card, Bybit Pay, money transfers and localized payment solutions, and make our existing products easier for customers to discover, understand and use.

You will work closely with Product, Operations, regional teams and marketing specialists, taking ownership of key initiatives and driving them forward through the right mix of direct execution and cross-functional collaboration.

What you will own

1. Regional & Global Growth

• Own regional or global growth workstreams contributing to Payment Business Unit OKRs, across acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
• Develop and optimize growth mechanisms such as rewards, cashback, referrals, lifecycle programs and promotional propositions, often in partnership with Product and Operations.
• Adapt our growth approach to local customer behaviors, payment habits and market context, working closely with regional teams where relevant.
• Drive continuous growth of existing products through scalable initiatives beyond one-off campaigns.

2. Product GTM

• Lead GTM for new payment products, features and market expansions, from positioning and target audience to channel strategy and execution.
• Translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer propositions, messaging and use cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch execution and define the right success metrics.
• Use post-launch performance and customer feedback to improve adoption and inform future GTM decisions.

3. Product Amplification & Customer Understanding

• Make our payment products and use cases easier to discover, understand and adopt across owned, earned and paid channels.
• Turn product capabilities, customer insights and market context into relevant marketing narratives and initiatives.
• Orchestrate CRM, social, PR, paid media, partnerships, creators and regional teams, while executing directly when required.
• Contribute over time to building the visibility, positioning and thought leadership of Bybit Payments.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience across Product Marketing, Growth, GTM or related roles.
• Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking, crypto or another complex consumer product environment.
• Strong product and customer judgment, with the ability to translate product capabilities and user needs into effective marketing strategies.
• Experience driving acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.
• Experience developing growth mechanisms such as rewards, referrals, lifecycle programs or incentives.
• Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to prioritize based on business impact.
• Ability to simplify complex financial products into compelling and accessible customer propositions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple markets and workstreams.
• Clear and concise communication style.
