Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Kuwait City. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Core responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing content creation, coordinating branding efforts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity. The role also involves managing budgets, tracking campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.

Qualifications

• Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development experience
• Expertise in Digital Advertising, Social Media Marketing, and Search Engine Marketing
• Strong Analytical, Research, and Reporting skills for market trend analysis
• Content Creation, Copywriting, and Visual Branding skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and design software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience Minimum 7 years as Marketing Specialist or Manager in retails industry.
• Language : Fluent in Arabic and English
