Role Overview
The Marketing Manager - APAC & MENA will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, client acquisition, and engagement across key markets including Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and the MENA region.
- This role requires a hands-on, fast-moving marketer who can quickly move from concept to execution while producing high-quality content and campaigns tailored to regional audiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FX & CFDs trading industry, regional marketing dynamics, and the digital channels most relevant to traders. We are seeking a motivated individual who is ready to go the extra mile, demonstrate their capabilities, and embrace new challenges with enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy
- Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive client acquisition and brand visibility across APAC and MENA markets.
- Adapt campaigns and messaging to reflect local cultural nuances, market trends, and trader behavior.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Social Media & Digital Content
- Create and manage high-quality, engaging content across relevant social media channels in target markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging while tailoring communication to regional audiences and trading communities.
- Work closely with designers and content teams to produce compelling marketing assets.
Fast Execution & Campaign Deployment
- Rapidly execute marketing initiatives, moving from idea to deployment with minimal turnaround time.
- Manage multiple marketing activities simultaneously in a fast-paced brokerage environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with sales, partnerships, creative, and technology teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
- Align marketing activities with regional growth and revenue targets.
Marketing Materials & Copywriting
- Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, merchandise, landing pages, and event collateral.
- Assist with copywriting for campaigns, promotions, and brand communications.
Events & Regional Engagement
- Organize and support trading events, seminars, expos, and community initiatives across target regions.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing promotion, and on-site support for regional activations.
Requirements
- Proven marketing experience within the FX, CFDs, fintech, or online trading industry.
- Strong understanding of APAC and MENA markets, particularly Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and the Middle East.
- Social media savvy with experience managing trading-related or financial services content.
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and content development skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and execute campaigns quickly.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with brokerages, trading platforms, or fintech companies.
- Experience supporting trading expos, seminars, and regional events.
- Knowledge of trader acquisition funnels, affiliate/IB marketing, or performance marketing.
