Founded in Hong Kong in 2016 by the French couple Delphine Lefay and Diego Dultzin Lacoste, OnTheList is a leading premium flash sales concept in Asia and the Middle-East. OnTheList works to minimize the problem of excess stock by turning past-season inventory into sustainable opportunities.
OnTheList works directly with retail brands and official distributors, turning old inventory into opportunity by providing a sustainable way for brands to sell past-season items that would have otherwise ended up in landfills, while providing the best deals and steep discounts to our OnTheList members. Since launching in Hong Kong in 2016, OnTheList has hosted over 5,200 flash sales and has built a community of over 1.3 million members across all regions. We've since expanded to Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Korea, Shanghai, Beijing, Thailand, and Dubai.
Sustainability is rooted in who we are and motivates us to continue our mission. To date, we have saved over 8.2 million items from ending up in landfills. WHAT WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH...
Database
- As a new concept in the UAE, OTL needs awareness. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to increase and manage the database
- Design and lead data acquisition strategies through partnerships, collaborations, and digital lead generation campaigns
- Responsible for identifying and reaching out to relevant communities, networks, and partners to grow our customer database with the right target audience
- Build CRM acquisition funnels and optimize conversion touchpoints to ensure sustainable member growth
- Drive initiatives to attract high-intent users that align with our brand and ultimately increase conversion and sales
Social media management
- Lead brand storytelling, influencer collaborations, and creative direction to strengthen platform identity across the GCC
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat to maximize brand visibility and engagement
- Create and organize high-quality content tailored to the GCC & UAE audience, from idea generation, copywriting, and proofreading to final production
- Ensure content remains engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives
- Oversee content calendar, visual consistency, and tone of voice to ensure alignment with corporate and event marketing goals
Invitation Management / CRM
- Create and execute EDM campaigns using our internal system to support event invitations and member engagement
- Collaborate with the Digital Performance team to segment audiences and personalize communication flows
- Develop CRM strategies and segmentation plans to improve retention and repeat visits
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to enhance open and click-through rates
- Analyze CRM performance data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Media Relations PR
- Own the corporate and brand PR strategy to position OTL as the leading premium flash sales platform in the Middle East
- Establish and maintain strong bonding with PR and medias to build awareness
- Develop proactive story angles, seasonal press releases, and brand collaboration features to increase earned media visibility
- Handle corporate publications and promotion materials, including press release, newsletter, and other marketing collaterals
- Establish and maintain strong bonding with influencers to build awareness
- Curate influencer campaigns and partnership activations to reach luxury and premium audience segments
Budget & Analysis Report
- Plan and monitor marketing budget
- Regularly analyze digital and campaign performance across platforms and suggest data-driven actions to improve traffic, conversions, and ROI
- Prepare monthly marketing performance dashboards and quarterly brand growth reviews for management
- Track ROI across paid, earned, and owned media channels and adjust strategy based on business priorities
WHAT IT TAKES
- At least 8 years of full-time work experience in marketing & communications or digital marketing.
- Proven experience in developing brand awareness campaigns, influencer/PR partnerships, and cross-channel marketing strategies
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator
- Strong knowledge in online marketing tools Expert in local digital trends and marketing concepts
- Fluent in spoken and written English,
- Arabic is a plus
- Creative, analytical, and strategic mindset with a balance of storytelling and performance accountability
