Role Description
Cazeit is looking for a Saudi Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing efforts from strategy to on-ground impact. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator, capable of building structured marketing plans while ensuring consistent execution across channels.
You will be responsible for translating business objectives into clear marketing initiatives, managing campaigns end-to-end, and driving measurable growth in brand awareness and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead Cazeit's full 360° marketing strategy
- Develop and execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business goals
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital and on-ground channels (social media, activations, etc.)
- Build collaboration and partnership strategies with creators, brands, venues, and organizations
- Create and manage marketing budgets with clear ROI-focused execution
- Oversee content strategy and ensure consistent output across platforms
- Work closely with leadership on expansion strategy, launch planning, and location strategy
- Manage and guide day-to-day execution with internal team members
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data insights
- Collaborate closely with the creative and operations teams to ensure alignment and delivery
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Strong experience in campaign planning, digital marketing, social media strategy and offline marketing
- Proven ability to manage execution, not just strategy
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative and operational teams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in retail or E-Commerce brands is a plus
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate
- Arabic & English proficiency preferred
