Marketing Manager Luxury / Premium Standalone Restaurants (Dubai)

We are seeking a highly skilled and polished Marketing Manager with a proven background in luxury or premium standalone restaurants and fine-dining concepts. The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, strategically strong, and capable of executing 360 marketing campaigns across both online and offline channels.
This role is suited for someone who understands the elevated expectations of luxury dining guests, excels in digital and experiential marketing, and can uphold the brand's premium identity across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
360 Marketing
- Lead and execute a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy for a luxury dining environment.
- Manage both online and offline marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive and upscale brand experiences.
- Develop and maintain the annual marketing calendar focused on premium customer engagement, menu launches, and signature events.
Digital Marketing
- Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, paid social, email automation, display).
- Manage and elevate social media channels with luxury-aligned content and storytelling.
- Collaborate with influencers, content creators, and production teams to deliver high-quality visuals and video content.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics; provide data-driven insights for continuous optimization.
Public Relations & Influencer Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with luxury lifestyle media, food critics, and top-tier influencers.
- Plan and execute PR events, media tastings, brand collaborations, and restaurant activations.
- Ensure consistent, premium brand messaging in all PR and media interactions.
- Coordinate crisis communication with management when required.
Brand & Marketing Operations
- Work closely with culinary and operations teams to craft campaigns for seasonal menus, exclusive experiences, and premium dining events.
- Ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand's fine-dining identity and luxury positioning.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral and in-venue branding.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing specifically within luxury dining, premium standalone restaurants, or fine-dining concepts (mandatory).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
- Demonstrated success in digital marketing, social media strategy, and luxury brand storytelling.
- Strong PR and influencer network within the UAE is a significant advantage.
- Highly creative, detail-oriented, and capable of producing premium visual and written content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and other marketing platforms.
